Beautiful home located in a private gated community on two acres. Located near the beautiful McKenzie River, close to hiking trails, golf courses and fishing. Short distance to Belnap hot springs and Sahalie Falls. Home is 1/2 mile from the best fishing locations on the McKenzie river. Approx. 20-25 miles from Springfield/Eugene area. Very family friendly and NOT a party house! Blueberry farm walking distance. Great weekend getaway or staycation for your family and friends.
The space
Home is located approximately 40 miles from hiking trail to blue pool, 28 miles to cougar reservoir and 45 miles to Sahalie falls. Very safe and secure location directly off the McKenzie highway. 90 miles from Hoodoo Ski Resort . Great location if you love attending the Oregon duck games or events in the Eugene/Springfield area.

The patio provides a beautiful space to gather around the gas fire pit while overlooking the spacious yard. A Traeger smoker is available for use (we provide pellets)along with a mini refrigerator to keep drinks chilled. Steps away is a 6 person hot tub that will be cleaned and treated before your arrival. An additional wood fire pit is located near a wooded area in the back yard for wood burning and gathering. The yard is well kept and can provide plenty of space for yard games such as cornhole (boards and bags provided) and a trampoline.


On the front porch you will find a seating area to enjoy the beautiful Mountain View.

The home is spacious with plenty of seating areas and places for you to relax. Newly remodeled kitchen with beautiful white granite countertops and stainless Steele appliances. Gas stove and oven for easy cooking.

Our home is well maintained and meant for families and responsible adults.

Other things to note
We have taken the upmost action to make sure the home is cleaned thoroughly and sanitized on surfaces in all areas of the home.

There is no fires permitted in the fire pit due to high fire hazard and dry season July-October.

There are private areas in the home; garage, master bedroom closet and extra room next to the master bathroom. These will remain locked during your stay.

If you choose to use the trampoline, you understand you are doing so at your own risk. There is no safety net, jumping could cause injury.
