Booking now for Summer! Designer remodel of the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room with the latest in countertop materials; hardwood flooring throughout, new fireplaces.
Fabulous views both north toward Santa Cruz and south toward
Monterey Bay from our beach home. We are 2 blocks from the beach.
Walk along a paved, beautifully landscaped path to get to the very
quiet, large sandy beach where you can walk for miles in either
direction! Unobstructed sunset views from the decks!
We are located 5 minutes from Seascape Resort which has golf,
public tennis courts, restaurants, shopping, gourmet grocery and
more! This is a perfectly peaceful place and great space for
relaxing. Nestled between the quaint town of La Selva and the strawberry fields of Sand Dollar beach, this is the perfect place for a little relaxation!

Beautiful location, beautiful house

The house was beautiful and had wonderful views of Monterey Bay. It is a short pleasant drive from Watsonville and the neighborhood was surrounded by farmland. We did not want to leave.

Great place

What a great place to stay. WE loved it! Only one thing I would change. It would be nice to have an extra set of sheets for each bed so we are not expected to get them all washed and still check out by ten. If we had not been able to get a late checkout, we would have had to get up at 6 on our last day of vacation or else stuff way too many sheets in the washer at one time.

We have the best of both worlds, beautiful decks to view the ocean even if you are not a fan of the sand as well as a short walk to a gorgeous sandy beach where you can walk for miles in either direction!

What makes this property unique

While at our home, we love to walk the beach, bike ride in the corralitos wine country, sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset, and have cioppino at Phil's! Nearby is Monterey, Carmel, Corrilitos, Santa Cruz, and more!
