Everything was very beautiful and clean, but just a little run down from the wear and tear of so many happy visitors. The location was amazing and beautiful with so much wildlife to enjoy. I would easily return for another memorable vacation.
This was the cleanest and most well appointed place I’ve ever stayed in at Pajaro Dunes! Thick and fluffy towels, linen sheets in the primary bedroom, plenty of toilet paper, backup soap and shampoos in the baths are often lacking in vacation rentals, but not here. We felt welcomed and appreciated in this lovely condo.
Beautiful oceanfront property. Light airy rooms with super comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and dishes.
We had excellent communication upon check in to this gated community.
Enjoyed walking on the beach and birdwatching. We were visiting for an event at Laguna Seca and it was a nice quiet place to rest after the crowds.
We highly recommend this property and would come gain.
The unit was lovely. It has big windows looking out on the Sandune’s. We very much appreciated the amount of space for our family which was my husband and me, my husband’s two adult sons,, daughter-in-law, and six-year-old granddaughter, we did simple cooking while we were there, had games in the evening, and watched a couple of shows on the TV.
Communication could’ve been much better. When we arrived, the unit was locked, and we had not received the code. But we were able to reach the office quickly for them to let us in by sending the code. But then, when we could not figure out how to lock any of the doors, or manage the heating, I texted and called and never heard back. The toilet then backed up, and after texting and calling they sent a handyman who took care of it.
The last issue is that the blinds in the biggest window of the master bedroom that has the best view have clearly been broken for a long time as there’s no cord at all to operate them.. I believe this should’ve been disclosed, and it should certainly be fixed. So overall, we would certainly stay again. But the communication about the unit was less than ideal.
