Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful red rock, and in the center of Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon, this home is the perfect base for your adventures in Southern Utah! The Space:
National Park Nest is a split level home that has everything you need to feel right at home. Upstairs you will find a living room with a smart TV, the perfect spot to relax after a long day of adventuring! The open kitchen and dining area has plenty of seating and a fully stocked kitchen making cooking meals a breeze. Down the hall you will find a newly remodeled full bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a brand new kind sized bed and Bedroom 2 features a brand new queen sized bed.

Downstairs will be the kids (and maybe the adults!) favorite spot. The game room has several upright video game machines, a dart board, and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained for hours! On this level you will also find another full bathroom, a bedroom featuring a brand new queen sized bed, and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Full laundry facilities are also located downstairs as well as a desk/workspace.

National Park Nest is comfortably and tastefully furnished, but if you'd rather spend your time outside you can enjoy a big yard with plenty of room for the kids and the dog to play, a fenced dog kennel should you need it, and a fun photo op spot to take pictures to remember your vacation! Sit around the fire pit and enjoy the starry sky. At National Park Nest there's a little something for everyone!

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the quiet Cottonwood subdivision in beautiful Kanab, Utah. Surrounded by stunning red cliffs and within walking distance to downtown, the location can't be beat!

Parking-- The driveway on the south side of the home accomodates 4 vehicles (when parked 2x2). The driveway on the north side of the building is a great space for an ATV trailer (you will have to back up over the street curb to park there--see picture). In keeping with neighborhood policies, ONE vehicle is allowed to park on the street directly in front of the home. Please do NOT park in front of the neighboring homes and properties. Camp trailers are not allowed to park here and must find other accomodations. Thank you for your help and cooperation!

Getting Around:
National Park Nest is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Other Things to Note:
For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well.

This home is pet friendly but we ask that you do not leave your pet unattended. If you need to go out and leave your pet at home, your pet must be in a crate (a crate is provided if you need it). We also ask that you pick up after your pet's messes both inside the home and out in the yard. Thank you for respecting our policy.
