Though we have had our 6 month old daughter stay in this space many times, we'd like to point out that it may not be best suited for those traveling

with young children. There is noise from the bars and street. We'd ask to use your best discretion when booking. Thanks :)

This is a nice place. I especially enjoyed the location with a taproom literally next door, and a great coffee shop just a little down the block and another place with great food and Belgian beers across the street, and ton of other places we didn't get to. We didn't attempt the parking space, we were too worried about scraping our car but there was always street parking available right outside, we just had to move the car every couple hours during the day. The bed was very comfortable and everything else met our needs.

We had a wonderful stay as we attended a concert at the BMO Pavilion. Close to the location for a a quick Uber drive and lots of local food. Highly recommend

Very good location! Retro feel and clean . One bedroom nice and big! 2nd bedroom smaller with beads for a door. Next to a small local brewery and a coffee shop half block away. Only 3 chairs at the kitchen table and very small coffee pot. Bring filters. But very nice coffee shop down the street. Loved the location!

Great location!

SUCH a cute, well maintained property. We stayed with our dogs, and there’s a bit of grass in the back for them which was great. The only thing is that the main bedroom is at the front of the property (right on KK), so it was pretty loud with traffic/pedestrian sound. Would 100% stay again.

Fun and Comforting

Overall, I loved the experience, looks exactly as it is. It was clean and put together, definitely would come again. My only issue was the parking, the parking spot given was extremely hard to get into and difficult to find. As well as street parking being hard, but nonetheless I enjoyed my stay.

Cozy and convenient

Super cute vibes. Stayed for one night for my birthday with friends. Very comfortable beds and the couch is surprisingly cozy. A bigger tv and maybe some water bottles and coffee would really put it over the top. Oh and the parking spot is not for the weak! A lil hard to get in and out of. Worth it for the walkability and decor. Will stay again I’m sure!

Prior to arrival, I requested an early check in, it was not available, but the parking space was available. My wife and I dropped our luggage off in the front hall closet and we headed to Summerfest around 2pm. The host contacted us and he let us know the cleaning crew would be done by 3pm if we wanted to get in an hour before the official check-in time. I told Mark that we had already headed to the Fest. We stayed at the Fest until 11:30pm, tired and ready for bed. I brushed my teeth then headed to the bedroom. As I moved the night stand to access the electrical outlet to plug in my phone charger, I disturbed several bugs, probably cockroaches, they scurried in all directions. I must have made a noise, because my wife ran towards the bedroom and asked if I had seen bugs. I tried to get my phone off of the charger and take pictures of the bugs, but I only captured an image of one insect.As she approached the room, an insect was climbing the wall. I immediately contacted the host, at midnight, after no response to resolve the issue. I decided to drive two hours home.We used the bathroom and walked into the bedroom. We were in the unit for about 20 minutes. I requested a full refund, I was denied because my photos were not clear enough and I did not count the number of insects. The bugs were not common boxelders, lady bugs, ants nor house flies. I was told that it was my choice to leave and I did not give the host time to remedy the issue. Mark, the host issued a 100 refund.

We're sorry this guest's experience did not meet their expectations. As soon as the concern was reported, we investigated the property. Our cleaner found a single dead seasonal insect on a windowsill, and our property manager completed a full inspection shortly thereafter, finding no evidence of cockroaches, bed bugs, or any other insect infestation. We have also not received similar reports from guests who stayed immediately before or after this reservation. While we were unable to corroborate the conditions described in this review, we nevertheless offered a goodwill refund. We take cleanliness and guest concerns seriously and will continue to maintain the high standards reflected in the experiences of our many other guests.
