Beautiful Family oriented Waterfront 4 bedroom 2 bath home. 100 foot dock with tie down cleats and bumpers. Enjoy sunsets dockside or from our incredibly spacious deck while you grill out and soak in the coastal feels. Take the Kayaks out in the canal and bay and experience an entirely different type of vacation with the beach minutes away. Fish for Redfish and Black Drum right off the dock! Neighborhood offers a private boat launch to Pensacola Bay or you can choose to launch at a public ramp a few miles away. By boat, you can be in the gulf of Mexico in 15 minutes. Or travel the sound to Navarre or Orange beach.

This home is perfect for a family getaway, especially for families with young children equipped with Toys, multiple bunk beds, air hockey table and more. Our home has a separated upstairs and downstairs which can offer a rare opportunity for kids to play and parents to relax.

Amazing place to stay

This was an amazing place to stay close to the beach any anything else you want to do without all the crowds. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and the house was clean and spacious. We will definitely be renting here again.

Our stay was really enjoyable! Minutes from everything we wantednto do. A short drive to the beach as well as restaurants. Spacious house with complete kitchen area with enough room to where we didnt feel cramped. Downstairs game room was nice as well as the canal in the backyard! Will be looking to book again in the future!!

Great Family Stay

Our family of 6 stayed here and I would highly recommend. The neighborhood was quiet and being on the waterway was an added plus. We took the kayaks out which was fun. Less than 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach with several stores nearby. The owner was very responsive and made the whole process stress-free. We'd definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The house was great. It was clean ,close to alot of things and a quite neighborhood. We enioyed having the boat dock. Communicating with the owners was easy.

Awesome!!!

We have a large family so it was 7 of us total who stayed. The communication was great!!! We aren’t hard people to please but this house so to die for. I could have just packed up and moved right in. I love Pensacola and stayed many of places but I loved this one the most. It’s just a few mins from the beach but we lived at sweet frog just a couple of miles down the road. There was a Walmart and sonic so super plus for both!

Family Vacation

We overall enjoyed our family vacation (4 adults and 4 kids). Pros: the neighborhood felt safe, location allowed us to go to multiple beaches in various areas, size of house allowed all of us to be housed together comfortably and the temperature of the house was always comfortable as well. Cons: the kitchen was minimally equipped which made cooking any meals difficult, the sliding door to the backyard was not operating as it should and needed lifted to open/slide, the coffee carafe was broken but the single cup side worked just fine.

Comfortable family getaway

Our group of 12, ranging from senior to baby, was very comfortable in this spacious home. Spacing of beds allowed for a variety of sleeping arrangements. The upstairs/downstairs setup allowed for kids and adults to have a separate space to play. The back patio was perfect to enjoy sunrise/sunsets. Plenty of games and toys to occupy the range of ages we had. Roughly 20-30 minutes to get to the beaches ranging from Navarre to Pensacola. The property manager was very quick to respond to a couple questions we had and went out of his way to address any concern we had. The kitchen was short on some cooking utensils but we were able to make do just fine. Would recommend!
