Perfect retreat - Home away from home. Brand new custom built lux home. When I say perfect location- you are only 10 min away from the beautiful mountains Utah has to offer, less than 5 min to all major highways, 10 min to downtown and Rice Eccles Stadium, 20 to Park City, and 25 minutes to major ski resorts.

Sugarhouse has the best walkability scores. Coldstone has the best ice cream and TCBY is great for Frozen Yogurt. You have variety of bars, restaurants, parks, golf course, and shopping. If you want to catch a movie, the theatre is located in the shopping plaza right by Target.

Master has the most relaxing free standing tub with candles for the perfect bubble bath. Blackout curtains to get the best nights sleep. Convection Oven cooks the best bread and even has an airfryer option. Fridge has filtered water system that dispenses cold and hot water to make some tea or yummy hot cocoa.

Fully stocked coffee bar, ping pong table, Board and card games along with smart TV’s. Front room has comfortable Love Sac Couches, all high end pillowtop mattresses, tankless water heater so everyone can shower the same time, dual furnace system to ensure comfort temperature levels. House is equipped with all essentials needed- bathrooms have shampoo and conditioner, body wash and feminine products. Kitchen has cooking utensils, seasoning, tableware, wine glasses. Fully stocked laundry room with ironing board and iron.

Main level has 1/2 bath, front room and kitchen, upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms including master, 2 full bathrooms, and office. Downstairs there is an additional 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Plenty of space and privacy.

Private backyard- corn hole is in garage you can setup outside. Firepit with seating area where guests can gather, roast smores and enjoy time together during summer months.

Luxurious and private. Easy access, garage parking with EV charger. Room for two cars- one in garage and one in driveway. Message me for booking requests if needed.

Amazing host and beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our recent work trip to Salt Lake City! There were four of us ladies, and the house was perfect—very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location felt safe and was super convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and communicative, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

We needed a property large enough to house our extended family of 10 adults, who were in town to celebrate my daughters graduation from the U. The house is comfortable, clean, and spacious with plenty of extras...it even had a lovely coffee bar which was a nice touch. Felicia is a lovely host, super communicative, and always responded right away to any questions I had. It's convenient to campus and close to shops, restaurants, etc. There are only 2 parking spots (driveway & garage), but we also had use of the guest parking spots when they weren't in use. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you for having us!

Amazing accommodations

We stayed at this property for a guys ski trip. We were skiing at park city and canyons. The home is located in great proximity to highway and is an easy 30 min drive to the mountain. The home is much larger and nicer than the photo/listing portray. Everyone had plenty of room. Very spacious garage for gear and ping pong. Felicia did a great job of responding to questions before and during our stay. Everyone in our group would highly recommend staying here.

The house was perfect! It was within a block of a coffee shop, gym, etc. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the coffee set up! Owner was responsive and organized. We will definitely be back when we are in SLC!
