My friends and I had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful Sedona! Hope to return one day.
Beautiful spacious upgraded home with lots of character. We loved the garden and perfect location for hiking and groceries/dining. Would highly recommend and we will visit here again!
Lovely home with nice views and great neighborhood. Quiet but located close to shopping and hiking trails. Hosts were accommodating and quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed this property and would stay here again.
This home was absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful and private, but still only a short drive to Sedona’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. The setting was serene, and the house itself was cozy, clean, and well cared for. When we return to Sedona, this place will definitely be at the top of our list!
Wonderful house with nice backyard area in the morning for coffee. The location could not be better, everything a short drive away and spectacular views. More house then me and my wife needed but loved it!
We had a wonderful stay in this very peaceful neighborhood. It is conveniently located, but tucked away from the main streets. The home is very clean and comfortable. We would love to book a stay here again!
The house is on quiet street but yet close to 89a, grocery stores and restaurants. It is specious and beautiful. Good quality appliances and dishes. Pretty backyard. We enjoyed staying there very much.
Lovely neighborhood and home. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked. Easy access to hiking and restaurants. Loved it! Suggestions - morning Arizona sun is beautifully bright - I was glad to have a sleep mask to block the early light. Also recycling is very close on Shelby Ave so you can easily drop off all your recycling.
We had a wonderful experience at Michelle's home. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious with lots of light and located in a great part of town with view of the glorious red rocks. Michelle was prompt and attentive to our requests. We would love to come back and also to refer friends and family.
The location was so convenient. Just a couple suggestions. Please have a full size coffee maker and tea pot. The upstairs bedrooms weren’t finished(ie: no closet door, no dresser, baby decals on the walls). Also, could not adjust the air conditioning. All in all, it is a great size, clean rental home.

Thank you for the suggestions!
We offer both a full size and small size coffee maker in our kitchen however if guests are needing additional supplies we are always happy to provide them.
We apologize our decorating upstairs was not to your liking. Our open closet concept allows for shelving and easy access to your belongings.
Our air conditioning / heating is connected to a NEST thermostat. This allows us to also help our guests with adjusting the temperature if they are unable to adjust it themselves. We would love to assist you with this on your next visit!
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona, close to restaurants and shops. We were two couples and we appreciated that each couple had its own section of the house in addition to sharing the large common area. One couple used the large primary bedroom, with bath and shower on the first floor. The second couple used the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and took advantage of the office. The house was large, clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were up to date. We loved the private garden patio, relaxing here in the afternoons following hikes. The owner of the house was very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay.

Safety and security of the whole house is a concern. Doors do not latch and blow open with the wind at random. Windows don’t latch and can be easily opened from the outside. Nobody slept at night. Unfilled hot tub has been used by animals as a bathroom. Pictures and videos have been documented. Pictures of view are old, trees have grown. Documentation has been sent to VRBO and host with no response…host with no rely.

I can assure all the house is safe and secure. After Eric’s stay we found the door handle was broken not allowing the door to latch and the window latches were damaged.
I am always more than willing to help my guests. If any issues arise we are happy to send out someone to help. These were not issues before Eric’s stay. We have cleaning immediately after each guest that report any damages. If there are any to arise, they are taken care of immediately.
Our hot tub that is not advertised as part of the rental is cleaned regularly and has since been covered.
We are a two story house with clear views of the red rocks as pictured.
My husband, my 12-year- old daughter and her friend, and I spent 4 nights here over spring break in April. The girls each took a bedroom upstairs and my husband and I took the bedroom downstairs. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were great for circulating the air. The kitchen was really nice, with dual ovens and professional- style gas range, and the washer and dryer were great. The neighborhood was quiet and great for morning and evening walks (bring a headlamp if you go at night because it is DARK - that makes for great star-gazing!).. The only two negatives we found was that the in-ground trampoline was missing quite a few springs didn’t seem to be safe. Even though the girls had been excited to use it , we didn’t feel comfortable allowing them to do so. Secondly, the master bathroom had no window covering, so anyone in the backyard could look directly n on someone in the bathtub or on the toilet. I didn’t think it would be too much of an issue because it was just us staying there, but when the gardeners showed up one morning and let themselves into the backyard While my husband was in the bathroom, it was awkward. He ended up taking a spare sheet and rigging it up to
