The RUNE waterfront home offers unprecedented privacy, playful spaces, and spacious verandas. Enjoy the lovely beachfront home with commanding 270' views of Perdido Bay off the newly constructed 125' pier and roof-covered dock in the highly sought after Bear Point community of Orange Beach. The private boat slip provides the option to bring your own boat/jetski/paddleboard/kayak with constant and instant access.

The space
The RUNE also offers a fire pit to sit around and share stories at the water's edge while gazing at the stars as they cover the dark private nighttime sky. Or, during the daytime, enjoy an outdoor game on the large waterfront lawn under the Spanish moss-filled oak trees. You can always kayak, crab, fish, and paddle board right from shores of the front-yard.

A rare find, The RUNE has a thoughtfully constructed unique versatile 3,300sq ft all-hardwood floor plan with a spacious vaulted great room facing the beach including 2 kitchens, a wet bar, a large family room, and 2 large sliders on each level which open out to a porch and onto the boardwalk leading to the spectacular white sandy beaches that Orange Beach is renowned for! Additional bonus family room is fully decked out with state-of-the-art electronics, including a fully immersive 64” TV. The main level offers dining capacity for 12, and a fully stocked and plentiful modern kitchen in an open floor plan for easy living. 6 bedrooms, and 5 private full bathrooms each with walk-in showers, including a full-sized washer and dryer that can be used at your convenience whether your plans include a wedding, a retreat, a family reunion or just a get-together!

8 people staying and not enough coffee mugs. I went to dollar general in order for us to drink coffee in the mornings.The house was very dirty. There were dead bugs on the cabinets. It is very moldy. The dryer was very inadequate and had to run 3 hours and still did dry. It is old, outdated and we left early although we had paid for 2 more nights. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The property was very nice. They had a huge been hive in a tree very close to the deck that they were working on having removed. The screen door was missing the screen from the last renters, it was replaced within 36 hours of being notified it missing. New deck and updated doc were very nice.
