Proximity: Just 1.1 miles from the Breck Connect Gondola, 0.15 miles from the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop at the Ice Arena, and 0.7 miles from the heart of downtown Main Street. Carter Park & Pavilion is only a half-mile walk, offering a free sledding hill in winter and beginner-to-intermediate mountain biking trails in summer.

Kitchen & Dining: The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a walk-in pantry. Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

This was the perfect house for our large family holiday vacation. Beautiful house in the perfect location. Check-in was easy and everything went great.
This property was clean, great location, excellent layout for our group of 8. The property manager was responsive and super nice. The only issue we had were the mattresses...every single person in our group struggled with the comfort of their mattress. Age of our group was 23-58.

Loved spending time in this home! We were delighted at how well the kitchen was stocked especially over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was so cozy and we loved that each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kiddos and adults loved the hot tub and the walkability to downtown Breck! We will be back!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Very spacious and well equipped home. We loved the very large hot tub after the long days on the slopes.
We have a family ski trip and this home worked out great. It is one of the most well equipped ski house we have rented. We had a few minor issues and Alpine responded quickly and solved the problems.

We were 9 in total. Place was comfortable, clean and the best was it was close to town, walking distance to a little park that you could sledge and also the trolley transportation if you want to avoid walking.It snowed the whole time of our stay, it was warm and cozy hopefully can stay again!
We were a group of 10, 3 children and 6 adults and we absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our family, the bus stop was super convenient for the slopes you can walk into town. The hot tub is huge. 10/10
We loved the home. It was huge and everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The hosts had everything ready for us and even reached out to us when we were there. It was literally a couple of blocks to the bus stop to the slopes. We didn't use the bus but it is convenient for those who do. Carter Sledding Hill was close. The home is also a quick drive to everything - slopes, shops, restaurants, etc.
