Large home over 3700 sq.ft. with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths rests on 1/2 acre property with large grass area and large paved area for all sports, BBQ island, saltwater pool/spa, firepit, multiple seating areas and outdoor dining. Inside Smart TVs, fast wifi, chef's kitchen (every appliance), gas range, 2 ovens, toiletries provided, office with Tonal workout machine, grand piano, formal dining, everything you need for baby (crib, highchair, etc), clothing steamer.

Mountain views, peek-a-boo view to golf course but very private with ficus hedge. Relax, unwind, spread out and enjoy the property and amenities. Golfing, tennis, pickleball, shopping, music festivals all within a 10 minute drive.

Each bathroom has hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash by Public Goods (clean ingredients), fluffy towels and hair dryer.

Master Bed is Tempurpedic. All beds have an allergenic cover. Four of the bedrooms have large closets, Office has hanging rack.
