I love that our apartment is within walking distance of everything! When I say everything I mean everything: restaurants, shops, bars, & the stadium.

Over the Rhine, or OTR as locals call it, is an urban historic district in Cincinnati that boasts a rich cultural heritage. In fact, it's believed to be the largest intact urban historic district in the United States! OTR was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and features the largest collection of Italianate architecture in the country. Its significance has been compared to other iconic neighborhoods like the French Quarter in New Orleans and Greenwich Village in New York City.

The neighborhood also has a rich brewing history and was once the nerve center of beer brewing during the late 1800s. Today, Over The Rhine is a hub of artistic expression and boasts a thriving arts community, unique boutiques, and exciting restaurants. Visitors can take in a performance by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra at the historic and architecturally significant Cincinnati Music Hall or browse the stalls at the historic Findlay Market. And if you're looking to enjoy the outdoors, Washington Park has recently undergone a major renovation and is now one of the premier outdoor destinations in the city.

You’ll enjoy nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and many of the professional stadiums that hosts your professional teams such as TQL stadium, Paycor Stadium (Cincinnati Bengals), Nippert Stadium (Bearcats), & Great American Ball Park (Cincinnati Reds).

Besides being in the best location so that you can walk everywhere, we take pride in the security of our building to ensure the safety of our guests. You will access your apartment by passing through 2 secure entry points then a keypad with a code created just for you for easy access. Your safety & comfort is our #1 concern.

We are also located on the 1st floor so need to worry about carrying your heavy bags up stairs and killing your knees going up & down stairs.

You’ll love our apartment because it will be your home away from home while you spend time relaxing and enjoying the area.

We also provide you complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, & hot chocolate. Supplies are limited so whatever is provided during your stay is what’s available.
