Willemstad city center is just a 5 minute drive where you can find many restaurants, activities and places of interest. The popular beaches such as Blue Bay, Mambo, Kokomo, are a 15-minute drive away.

What makes this property unique
Amazing Sunset with the Sea and Mountain view. High-rise on the 4th floor for amazing looks (next is just penthouse level, so it brings security and privacy at your convenience). Recently fully renovated with new High Quality Air Conditioning. Quiet and cozy community pool just downstairs or via Accessible elevator (easy Disability Access as well). Free Personal parking space, placed in an underground, secure, automatically-gated garage. The marvelous Pirate Bay beach is just 5-10min walk down the road with several good restaurants. Centrally located though cozy place at the same time, the center of the city Willemstad is just 10 min drive down the main road with many activities, amenities and restaurants, etc.
