The location of the studio is perfect!! We enjoyed listening to the music next door and the views of the water. Our only complaint is the illuminated exit light was very bright at night, so pack an eye mask if that would bother you.

The place was pretty clean for the most part. The white comforter did have stains on it so we didn’t use it to sleep with. The second day the sink faucet stopped working for some reason. Overall the property was beautiful. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and will definitely return.

perfect little spot!

the studio is comfy and clean with beautiful river views. the restaurant next door does play music all day, which i enjoyed, but some people may not like. the host is wonderful and attentive, responds quickly and graciously welcomed us to the room!

awesome getaway retreat

everything was as described we came by our boat so the onsite dock on was perfect comfortable and clean and well located for easy access to the food and drink at the store and Marina our dog was allowed (with deposit) so that made it all the better. we initlally had some concern that the party crowd at the Marina may be loud and go late but it definitely did not.

The perfect getaway we were looking for!

Our trip started with a hiccup that was self inflicted. Thank goodness for our host getting us out of a scheduling jam (thanks Crystal!). Just make sure you call and speak to the ferry operator before you leave. The ferry ride was the start of the weekend and the team of young men were entertaining and helpful. The host met us at the dock and showed us what our next steps were. My wife and I always rave about our trips but we know it always comes down to the people you interact with. From the ferry, to the VRBO host and everyone we met along the way made the trip. The place we stayed was, as wife described it, "adorable". We're both from a rural past and this place had updated "country charm" throughout. Simple, but well done. No TV but there is Wi-Fi as described. Medium fridge, microwave and Keurig are all for your use. Add in a beautiful backyard on the river where we sat and watched dolphins in the evening.

It's a room, not a studio

We assumed there would be a TV but there was none. A "studio" has a kitchen, this property has none, it's a room, not a studio. The table in the photo is not there. There was a very bright outside light on all night that we could not turn off making it hard to sleep. The outdoor furniture (porch bench and Adirondack chairs) were very dirty. I tried to clean them off with paper towels to no avail and had to use a towel but still couldn't get them very clean. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel; the paper came up very dirty; floors need to be mopped much more thoroughly. The location was excellent for our purposes but noise from the nearby restaurant/bar might disturb some visitors. The decor in the room and bathroom was very cute.
