Come enjoy year-round outdoor activities at this one-of-a-kind peaceful resort-style North Long Trail House get-away. This unit is a vacation home for us and not just a rental. We rent it out during times when we are not using it ourselves.

In the winter, walk 300 steps through the Stratton Village to the main base area and shred the slopes all day on your skis or board while your car is parked away from the elements in the underground heated garage. Ski lockers are available to stow your skis or snowboards overnight. A wood cubby with plenty of hooks is provided in the condo unit to let your gear dry overnight.

In the summer and fall (Memorial Day through Columbus Day), tee up on one of New England's most scenic 27-hole Championship golf courses; only a 2-minute drive from the condo. Go riding in one of New England's best mountain bike parks at Stratton offering tracks for all abilities. Hike the local trails to hidden waterfalls and expansive vistas.

After a day of activities, relax on the custom sofa by the gas fireplace. Take in the mountain and pond views on the private covered balcony with full-sized poly Adirondack chairs. Sleep long with hypoallergenic down feather bedding and blackout curtains. Give your muscles a well-deserved rejuvenation with a soak in one of the 3 hot tubs or a visit to the newly renovated sauna. If you fancy a swim, relax in the heated pool kept at 80° all year.

Watch your favorite shows on Smart TVs in the bedroom and the living room. HDMI connectors are accessible to hook up your gaming consoles.

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, coffee maker/filters, toaster, blender and a cork screw. Just in case you want to cook up a storm. Otherwise, the Stratton Village offers plenty of dining options all within walking distance.

If working remotely is required during your stay, high-speed and stable free WiFi and a desk are available. Convenient outlets and USB ports for charging are included with the alarm clock in each room, as well as by the desk.

Are you coming up for a wedding at Stratton Resort? This is the perfect location to stay as the building provides convenience shuttles.

The unit has been updated in warm mixed-wood tones with new stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, new furnishings and floating wood tile flooring. A custom bar-height wooden dining table crafted by a local carpenter was added to optimize the space. A queen-sized Murphy bed with a memory-foam mattress in the living room provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in your party.

10% discount on weekly (7+ days) stays.

2 night minimum stay; 3 night minimum stay on holidays (Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, MLK, President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day).

Georg's place was so perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). It is beautifully remodeled, with lots of thoughtful touches to maximize the space and make it feel roomy, such as the queen sized Murphy bed in the living room for the kids and a huge wood countertop with seating for 5. The condo building was great too. Underground parking (saved us having to dig our car out of a foot of snow), ski lockers in the lower floor, 2 outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool (which felt great even during a snow storm and 5 degree weather!), all located right across the street from the Stratton village. The kitchen had everything you would need for the meals you didn't want to eat out in the Village. I honestly can't think of a single reason we wouldn't stay here every time we came to Stratton!

Great location. Parking is a bit tough in the building, but ended up ok. TVs did not work in the unit, which was a bummer for NYE, and property owner did not respond to emails about it, but otherwise, the place is top-notch.

Great location, and everything you need

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Long Trail house. Georg is a responsive and conscientious host and the property is recently refurbished and very clean. We very much enjoyed walking over to the slopes and then going into the hot tub at night. The kitchen is well equipped to make family meals and serve them by the fireplace with a view of a lovely ice rink. I thoroughly recommend this property.

A great stay

Everything was nice, clean and comfortable. There is a Keurig so bring k cups if you have them or you can use the regular coffee pot. There are bath and body hand soap dispensers at both the kitchen and bathroom sinks and there are paper towels also. Bring tissues if you don’t want to use toilet paper on your nose. There are 2 digital alarm clocks. The ice rink pond didn’t open while we were there, possibly because the temperature outside was too warm. There was a standing tower fan and a smaller tower style heater in the master closet. The water gets hot quickly and there was plenty of pressure. When you pull into the parking garage, you can park anywhere you want. The elevator is around the first corner and we never had to wait for it.

Perfect in every way!

Georg made us feel confident in our choice as soon as we booked the unit. Communication with him was easy, quick and clear from emails (with detailed check in-check out instructions) to texts. The unit is in a perfect location, across the street from Stratton village (no hills!). We rented skis/snowboard so we did not have to use the lockers in the condo building (the rental stored overnight). Quick stroll through the village to equipment and lifts! The unit was updated, cute, clean and comfortable. Reading on the couch with the fireplace on, looking over the frozen pond with a cup of tea was very cozy!We were there mid-week so not everything was open but the small market was (we forgot to pack shampoo!) and their deli was very very good (we went twice!). There were restaurants and markets 20-30 minutes away - the underground parking made it easy to get in and out.There are a lot of choices for accommodations there but this unit was perfect, we would stay again!

Cozy stay in Stratton

We loved our weekend in Stratton - despite the freezing temperatures! Such a bright and cozy spot. Well stocked, clean and nicely decorated. A nice view of the ice skating rink outside. Having a parking spot in the garage and access to a ski locker was very helpful. Proximity to the village and mountain can’t be beat. Maybe slightly stronger water pressure in the shower - but that’s as much as we could give in terms of a critique. The space isn’t huge but there are so many hooks (which may seem minor, but a really big help!), a closet and space under the bed that we had spots for all of our stuff. Georg was incredibly responsive and communicated all necessary details from the moment we booked until departure. The detailed check-in instructions were perfect - the whole process was very smooth and seamless. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend! Thanks again Georg!
