Entering the warm living room area, you are greeted with gorgeous hardwood floors, knotty pine cathedral ceilings, and a great open space floor plan that is perfect for entertaining a dinner party or hosting your next family holiday in the mountains. Snuggle up on the comfy sitting arrangements as you warm your toes in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace and pop on a movie on the flat screen TV with Cable and complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment.
The chef of your group will love preparing home cooked meals and holiday feasts here together as you stay connected with the group and enjoy the open floor plan, the gorgeous dining table and patio deck picnic area offer you plenty of choices for comfortable sitting for your group meals together. The equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals from the oak cabinets stocked with cookware and utensils to stainless appliances including a dishwasher for a breezy cleanup. No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
