Each bedroom has been carefully outfitted with hard wood furniture and designer window treatments and bedspreads so that you can unwind in style. Moreover all the sunlit windows and island décor will have the whole family walkin’ on sunshine! Plus, Jade East enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Destin. Award winning restaurants, superb golf courses, and beautiful open air malls are all just minutes away. Moreover the amenities at Jade East are a vacationer’s dream! There is something to suit the whole family’s tastes with full tennis court, fitness facilities, new grilling areas, and free wireless internet access. Take the smooth boardwalk to hours of sunny bliss on the world’s most beautiful beaches, or snooze on the spacious pool deck by the rock waterfall and hot tub. During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Right on the beach

Location was exactly what I wanted. Condo and building was exactly as pictured on VRBO site. Property mgr was responsive if I reached out. Unit was ready before check-in time. Condo was also decent size. Only cons were you do have to drive to go to eat or do anything; we rented a car, so wasn’t a problem for us), and the floor was a bit dirty when walking around barefoot. The building is a bit outdated, but again, it’s what I expected based on pics and description. For the quality of building, I wish it had cost a bit less… but location was fantastic. Fitness room was a lot smaller than expected. And check-in and check-out process was super simple.
