Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Lock the doors

Please return all furniture back into it's original position before your departure from the house. Do not leave indoor furniture outside.

Checkout time is officially @ 11am, but you have a grace period until 12 noon. If you need more time, let us know, there may be a fee for later departures.

Please wash pots and serving wears that may not fit inside the dishwasher.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not leave doors and windows open while the air conditioning is on. There are NO REFUNDS for encounters with bugs of any kind. No glass in the pool.

Do not move indoor furniture, outside. If you move furniture, put it back before checkout. No burning anything (candles/open flames) inside the house.

No Glitter or confetti in the house. No washing of cars on site. Do not use hair dye or caustic liquids/ materials inside the showers/ bath tub.
