The property was perfect. Really enjoyed spending time in the pool, the swings outside with morning coffee and just relaxing. The property was clean inside and out and the management company was very accommodating at check in and check out. Worth every penny spent.

Barefoot & Salty was an adorable property, super close to restaurants and beaches, but still quiet and private. The pool was a delight. Swing table was so fun to play games on. Would absolutely stay again.

House was very clean. Good communication with the rental company. Kids loved the pool. Only complaint was the property could use a new grill, the one they provide is pretty much destroyed from not being taken care of.

We're so glad to hear about your experience, especially that the kids got plenty of pool time in. It's good to know the home was clean and that communication with our team was helpful throughout. Thank you for flagging the outdoor equipment, which we have passed along so it can be addressed. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

We had the best time at this beach house! It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was absolutely perfect — we spent so much time floating and relaxing there after the beach. The fenced yard was a huge plus, especially since we were able to bring our pup along. It’s so nice to find a pet-friendly place that’s this well cared for! The house had all the little touches that made it feel like home, and we can’t wait to come back again.

Best vacation home

My family stays in Port A every year and this home was by far the best. We usually forget something small, like cooking oil or extra beach towels. This home had quite literally everything you would need. Even items for children (cups, plates, silverware) and things for dogs as well. Communication was also fantastic. Quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Barefoot and Salty Vacation

Great property, location and property management attention. Upon checking in I needed help with the nest thermostat. Spoke to the local property management firm and they were going to send someone out within the hour. Reviewed a u-tube video and figured it out but called them back to cancel maintenance. They were appreciative and told me to call back anytime and they’d promptly help. Property was well maintained and provided an excellent stay. Very happy with AvantStay and their local mgmt firm.
