Welcome to Peachy Palm! This beautifully decorated beach house offers a unique guest experience as it is not a stilt home; it's 1 story with no steps, making this the perfect beach house for those who dislike steps!

From the moment you drive down this street, you will know you picked the right neighborhood, all of the homes are beautiful and well maintained and in a quiet area. Although it's a few blocks to walk/drive to the beach, you are literally, 1 house over from the water, so you will hear the waves hitting the beach!

Parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway and boat parking is allowed. Peachy Palm is also in the golf cart zone, so you can park a golf cart here as well. You'll want to take advantage of this beautiful front porch area for morning coffee to watch the sunrise, to feel the sea breeze and hear the Gulf of Mexico!

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

Walk into a gorgeous open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, very well stocked for the cooks to prep, cook, serve and dine, an oversized living space with ample seating, and a large dining area with a kitchen island bar and stools which means plenty of seating for 10!

Although extremely well stocked, an efficient floor plan and very comfortable, every space at Peachy Palm has been professionally decorated. Comfort and convenience doesn't mean you forego beauty. This decor is amazing!

Down the hallway, you will find a large capacity washer & dryer, available for guest use and 3 bedrooms. A private King Bedroom suite with private bathroom (walk-in shower) and doors to the backyard/pool area. Across the hallway is a Queen guest room and Bunk Room - 2 bunks, full over full size for both bunks, and the 2nd guest/hallway bathroom.

The backdoor at Peachy Palm leads to a beautiful backyard with plenty of palm trees, outdoor seating, grill, and a huge pool! This isn't the normal size pool for Port A - this one is perfect for all of your friends/family! (heated seasonally for an additional fee)

Don't worry if you get a rainy day - the owners of Peachy Palm have a plan for you - walk into the garage and play ping pong, corn hole, and foosball!

Home Truths:
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
