Dock details: Dock is approximately 34' long and at low tide, the water is 4-5' deep at the dock. Guest need to bring their own ropes to tie up to the dock.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Excellent location and a wonderful property with a few things to improve
The Good: I loved the location and the amenities in the house. The deck was wonderful to fish from. The pool was very nice and the outdoor shower was awesome. The house is very renovated and looks great. The rooms were spacious and modern. It was a very enjoyable stay. The not so good: The pool is heated but the heater stopped at night and started again in the morning and because the weather was so cold, the pool couldn't heat up that much. I did reach out to vacasa to increase the running time and temp to account for the cold weather but they refused. In normal FL that shouldn't be a problem, but during our stay, it was unseasonally cold. There is a issue with ants in the house that needs to be further addressed. We saw quite a bit of ants in the floor and counters if there was ever food left out so that was a bit annoying. There are quite a few ants traps but Vacasa needs to hire a professional to deal with this. Overall, we would definitely stay at this location again as it was a great experience despite the issues I mentioned above.
