Nottingham Park & Nottingham Lake is a block away. A Great Place to sled down the hill in the winter and walk your dog in any season. The park and amphitheater host weekly free concerts and festivals during the summer.
For Après’ Ski, ease into your Hot Spring Spa for 6 or enjoy a libation at Avon’s iconic Bar & Grille, two blocks away.
Dining out? Many clubs and restaurants are in walking distance.

Great Location and amenities!

plenty of room, hot tub was very appreciated after a long day of skiing, fireplace was great on those nights just to chill! plenty of showers to accommodate.

Great place, excellent location

Great unit close to bus stops and Beaver Creek gondola. The twin beds leave a lot to be desired and you should pack your own pillow. Otherwise, it was a great place with excellent amenities and a ton of room for 6 adults to sprawl out.

Excellent Location for Vail and Beaver Creek

I spent 10 days here with my family of 5 and we had a great time, we went skiing and snowboarding to both Vail and Beaver Creek, it is located a 10 minutes drive to Vail Lion Head parking lot and there is a bus stop on the other side of the road that takes you to Beaver Creek for free. We enjoyed the fire pit several times and the hot tub almost every day. The manager and the owner were great and the communication was excellent, we didn’t have many requests but they were super helpful and fast to respond to the few we had. I strongly recommend this place if you are planning to spend time in both Vail and Beaver Creek.

Needs some TLC

We were in Avon for a wedding. The location of the property was great and the size of the condo was OK, but the unit really needs updating. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. The hot tub was great though.

Great location, outdated property

Great location in the heart of Avon. Large place, great deck and hot tub. Fairly outdated (think carpet in the bathrooms), stains on couches and mattresses. 3rd bedroom did NOT have a 3rd twin mattress or bed which messed up our sleeping arrangements. Big kitchen/island for prepping meals, fridge wasnt very cold, even at its highest level. Wifi was very spotty the entire trip. Overall- decent for price due to location, but with minimal effort if could be way better.

Nice but needs work

Good rating for cleanliness, location, 4 bathrooms and communication. Deficits: just opening the master bath door, it completely came off its hinges and fell on my son-in-law’s head (glad he wasn’t holding his 6 month old baby); when snow started melting on roof, large stream of water came out fireplace; no remote for tv in 2nd main bedroom; 2 pictures on wall with broken glass (another potential danger to all); hot tub only worked a few days and sprayed water all over the deck, creating significant layer of ice; dangerously icy on front steps; missing an outlet plate; and lack of amenities- no soap in showers or bathrooms, no dishwasher soap, only a few garbage bags. Unable to turn on lamp upstairs.
