weekend birthday
We loved our stay in Asheville to celebrate our daughters' birthdays. The house was spacious, dog friendly, and had everything we needed for the 4 of us plus our dog. The owners were very responsive in answering questions.

What we were looking for!
We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cabin! It’s a solid choice for a family visit. The house is well stocked and laid out nicely. The beds we’re comfortable, the linens were good quality and plentiful. The house is conveniently located and made it easy to get to downtown, Grove Park and Biltmore. The house and fencing made it easy to accommodate our dog as well. There are grocery (and coffee) close by! We travel often and frequently stay in VRBO. This one is among the top homes!

Cozy stay at the Cozy Cabin!
This was a great place for my family to meet up from 3 different states. Semi-private location but close to hiking trails and downtown Asheville. Our time at the house was as cozy as its name, even down to the softest blankets ever! Great hospitality and hosts went beyond expectations.

Hi! We're Tolan and Roxanne. We've called North Carolina home our entire lives, both eastern and western NC. Originally from eastern NC, we had a five-year plan in Asheville. But as the saying goes, "the mountains are calling, and I must answer." Answer we did! We've called Asheville home for nearly 12 years now, and all three of our children were born here. Asheville is such a special place to us, and we wanted to offer others the opportunity to discover all that it has to offer. From the mountains and waterfalls to the craft beer and food scene, Asheville truly has something to entice everyone!

Why they chose this property

Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is its location. We have worked and lived in different places in Asheville, and the number one thing that makes the experience top notch is location. (When you grow up in the flatland of eastern NC, one mile takes you one minute. That is not the case in the mountains! One mile can take you 5 minutes!) Our neighborhood offers mountain views without mountain driving - something that is rare around here! What's more, it's minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and I40, and 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and Black Mountain.

What makes this property unique

What's more exciting than gazing at the mountains while sitting in your personal hot tub? That is a rhetorical question ... the answer is nothing! The property offers location and convenience while being tucked away in its own private oasis.
