Quietly located Provence-style villa with all amenities and superb view over vineyards and forests, at 5 minutes distance from village Plan de la Tour with various restaurants, wine tasting cellars, etc. 10 minutes from supermarkets and 20 minutes from the beaches of Sainte Maxime and Ste Tropez. Modern kitchen and upscale bathrooms and large terrace all around the house. Three large bedrooms with direct access to terrace and garden. A fourth bedroom adjacent to a bathroom. Big garden with nature areas incl. oak trees and lavendel and a large 9x4 m. infinity swimming pool, jeu-des-boules, and space for outdoor activities.
