We offer a premium One bhk apartment with power backup on the best location in Candolim, just a minute walk to the Candolim Beach. Apartment is suitable for short and long term stay. Great place for work from Home with non stop wi-fi facilities. kitchen facilities allow a guest to cook their own food. also with a 2 minutes distance you will find shopping center Delfino mart and plenty of restaurant's too. With plenty of space in the apartment gives feel of homely atmosphere.
The space
This is an villa consist of four one bhk apartments two on ground floor and two on first floor, each Apartment have a hall with sofa ,center table, attached balcony with seating arrangement, kitchen with a fridge, electric gas stove with basic cooking utensils.
bedroom got attached toilet with hot n cold shower, it got one king size bed with side table and a large wardrobe . one air conditioning and fan in it and fan in hall as well .First floor apartments got two balcony one attached with hall and one attached with a bedroom.

full apartment as well as Free use of sunbeds with umbrella on beach at our Sea N Sand beach shack which is behind villa ...plus free use of fresh water shower , washroom , and our guest are entitled for 20 discount on food at our shack on candolim beach . please note it's open from November to may end 🙏
Other things to note
we are on prime place for shopping , beach life, North Goa Beaches can be explored in a day . Hiring a scooter makes life more easy to stay in Goa as Taxi are little expensive make sure you carry the driving Licence so your ride is smooth and enjoyable.
