The condo was very clean and new. The furniture, beds and everything was top of the line. Very comfortable. We loved the pool and the patio, and the 3 bedrooms each with its own bath. Nicely decorated and an easy location. They sent lots of emails with all the details on our stay. However when you go on vacation you just want to go and have everything ready. We struggled with a few items but the owner was good about answering our questions. One was the water was turned off, and the hot water breaker was flipped and the thermostat was confusing for us to figure out. A notebook with details would have been helpful and we wouldn’t have had to contact the managers with multiple questions. Overall I would stay again but I would prefer to have the water already turned in and the hot water ready to go. When in vacation those are not items I want to deal with.

The condo and location were perfect! We loved the pools and view. The only reason we didn’t give it 10/10 is because it said heated pools and the pool was not heated. It was ice cold. We did stay in late May though so perhaps the heaters just weren’t turned on yet, but we stayed there mainly for that purpose of a heated pool knowing it was late May. So that was disappointing, but everything else was perfect. We would go back for sure!

Girl's B-day trip

This property is very nice, and the host is very friendly and attentive to all of your needs. They come with alot of extras for example, there is a whole cabinet full of spices and coffee, not just salt and pepper and a maker. The deck is awsome with a great view. We will be returning.

We didn’t get to stay at the property we booked because construction was not completed. But the host rebooked us at another location as soon as possible and was easy to get ahold of. Not a great situation but they tried their best.

I am not sure how this review will line up with the condo we had. I originally booked a unit on the 5th floor that was located to the far right of the complex as your face the lake. I was called a week before my reservations and was told the unit I had booked was not going to be available due to tornado damage that happened in April and that some of the repairs had not yet passed inspection. I was offered a unit on the 4th floor in the same far right section. The unit we got was very nice, very elegant. The complex does have an elevator and although the unit was just one floor up from ground level, it is great for anyone with knee problems. Location is excellent; groceries, gas, ice and restaurants are just out the entryway and within a half mile. The two pools are really nice. Both feature slanted walk in so again no stairs to get out. We had the smaller one all to ourselves in the late morning into early afternoons.The TV’s in the rooms were nice, however I am not that familiar with streaming services. I brought a ROKU stick so that I was able to watch our Direct TV streaming. In the bedrooms I could only get PLUTO. I tried to just add the direct tv app to the TV but that required the TV’s password which wasn’t available
