Such a great location in Newport! The house was a perfect size for our family of 6. We loved the beach right outside our door and the marina on the other side was great for walking and enjoying the area! The kitchen was well equipped and we used the fireplace in the living room every night. Parking garage was convenient since street parking was harder to find. We also really enjoyed the hot tub! We definitely enjoyed our spring break stay here and would book this property again!

The host is very strict with their policies; note there are cameras outside and one very close to the jacuzzi because the outside back patio is a very small space.

We loved the stay at this house. I have three girls and it had three bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom. We love the fact that it was all on one floor. There is a loft upstairs with a half bathroom which we also enjoyed the air-conditioning was great during the month of August is probably the only month you may need it. We used the ac and it was very helpful. The house is all newly renovated. Everything works great. They also provide boogie boards, beach chairs, and three bikes, one car garage parking. The only thing I would ask is if you use the Spa it does need to be treated after people go in it with chlorine that is not provided other than that. There are no other issues we had. Everything was great and our day was amazing. We will be using them again next year.

Family Vacation

We rented the house for a visit to California for my mother's 80th birthday. We had all age groups, from teenagers to my 80-year-old mother, and everyone was comfortable. The home is close enough to both the Newport and Balboa Piers to have access to all of the restaurants and activities but far enough away to be a quiet, relaxing retreat.

The location is great, so close to the beach! The house is awesome. So cute and comfortable, nice and well-maintained. The home was well equipped for cooking, had a nice large pantry to store our things and had a working ice maker which we aprreciated. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The back courtyard space is something you don't really find very often, and we loved having enough space for family dinners (including barbeque) ,time in the hot tub and plenty of playtime items to enhance our stay (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, body boards, toys). Check in & check out were super simple . We would definitely love to book a return visit.

Beautiful home in a great location! Pleasantly surprised, top of the line appliances and a well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a major plus. Communication was excellent, I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent location and loved all of the amenities provided like the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. The bedroom and bathroom configuration was very nice for giving plenty of space to everyone. Loved the back patio with large table, hot tub and outdoor shower for washing off from the beach. Extra props for having a nice big fridge with a functioning ice and water machine (as I have stayed in many places with broken ice machines for some reason). Parking is very busy in the area, but having the garage was a nice safety net (even though it is a tight fit)!
