This historic home is located in the highly desirable neighborhood, St. Annes Hill and is centrally located to all the major hospitals, WPAFB, interstates, entertainment and attractions! This penthouse is an upstairs penthouse that has it’s own private entrance and a keypad lock for additional security. The penthouse is very quiet as it’s an upstairs unit and provides all the amenities a traveler could imagine (spices, condiments, complimentary coffees and teas, high speed WiFi, TV, Roku streaming). Beautiful, Comfortable Space in Historic Area
Excellent communication from our host from beginning to end. We loved the vibe and furnishings of the apartment! We had the best night’s sleep and a fabulous view of downtown through the bedroom window upon waking up. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is so easy, and it’s close to everything. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Great place!
I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. I would definitely stay again if/when in town.

We enjoy working as partners restoring old homes in our beautiful neighborhood, St. Annes Hill! We love sharing our home and our neighborhood with travelers! We are both very accommodating hosts as we strive to provide the best amenities and stay possible to our guests!

We chose this neighborhood because we both have lived in this downtown neighborhood for close to ten years! We love our downtown Dayton neighborhood! It is centrally located for getting around to downtown, WPAFB, hospitals, entertainment (Oregon District, Art museums, etc)!
What makes this property unique
This property is extremely unique as it has been fully restored to it's full beauty! We bought this home together in Spring 2023 and worked to restore this historic home back to it's original charm with a few updates! This home is a historic home dating back to 1890, it is the sister home of our art museum located next door!
