Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Remove all trash and place in trash can by street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep thermostat above 72 degrees cooling and below 68 heating, when leaving unit please set cooling to 78 degrees and heating to 62 degrees.
Please do not move or rearrange furniture. If you do there will be a $100 fee.
PETS are permitted only with prior approval, payment of $100 pet fee and agreement to the Pet Addendum.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Hot Springs! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, close to downtown, great restaurants, and plenty of fun things to do, plus several beautiful hiking trails were just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cozy, clean, beautiful home! Very family-friendly. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. Close to the reception venue (Crystal Ridge Distillery) and to bathhouse row. It was perfect for our stay!

The house was great for our family. Our daughter loved playing with the dollhouse and toys available. It is a fairly easy walk to downtown and the bathhouses. We had zero issues while staying. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We were in town for our daughter's week long softball tournament at majestic park and this was the perfect location! Not only was it less than a mile from majestic park it was about the same distance to bath house row. The house was very welcoming and spacious. We enjoyed swinging on the front porch swing watching the humming birds. The price was great as well!

Cute and clean stay for a destination wedding

Enjoyed our stay while visiting Hot Springs for a destination wedding. The house is very cute and has a warm/cozy at home feel while you’re there. Close to restaurants, family activities and churches.

Very spacious. We all had plenty of room. Loved that there was laundry detergent, soap, toys, etc there. That was very nice. The only down side was there were 2 drunk homeless people outside across the street when we got there. It was dark and made us worried. The cops came to check them out and he made them leave. Other than that, everything was great.

Location and Great interior

Super great location if you are headed to Hot Springs National Park. It is minutes away from everything cool. The host is responsive and kind. Grateful to stay at this cool place.

This house was perfect for our family. It was well stocked with the basics needed for a comfortable stay. My kids enjoyed playing with the toys and sitting on the porch swing. The location was convenient as we were able to walk into town easily to explore the Promenade and Bathhouse Row. The Saturday Farmers Market was only a block away.

Super covenient location in being close to bathhouse row and other major Hot Springs attractions. This was our first time using Vrbo for a vacation stay and I appreciated how easy it was to book and stay, from check in to check out. Linens and towels smelled clean, but the bathtub, under furniture, and kitchen appliances needed to be dusted/cleaned. We ended up doing a quick little sweep of the living room, since we had to keep fishing out toys that kept rolling under the couches. My kids did appreciate having some toys provided by the host to play with though! Our favorite things to do were the Mid-America Museum and the Jonathan Erlandson Magic Show. Highly recommend working in both of those things for anyone traveling to Hot Springs!

Enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay. My girlfriend mentioned several times that she couldnt believe how close we were to everything. Whether we walked or drove it did t take longer than a few minutes to get there. The home had all bases covered. Linens, pots, pans, games. The front swing was our go to for relaxing. Will definetely try to stay here again on a return trip
