This two-bedroom condo has spectacular views streaming in from the sunroom, which has large sliding windows that create the perfect lounge area. Take advantage of the outdoor pool area that is steps from the beach. Grill some steaks after a day in the sun with the community outdoor grilling area onsite. Take advantage of this rare sunroom that gives you a bonus lounge area to enjoy your morning coffee with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico! The comfortable living space has a large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils so you can whip up a tasty seafood dish. Savor a meal at the dining table that comfortably seats four. Make Gulf Tower 3C home while enjoying your Gulf Shores vacation!
Parking and Check in:
This property is equipped with a e-lock allowing you to check-in directly at the unit, using the code sent to you via text/email the day of arrival. The complex requires parking passes, charges $43 per pass and limits one vehicle per unit during peak season (March-Aug) and Labor Day Weekend. Other times they allow 2 vehicles per unit. You have been automatically charged for parking and your passes will be left on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Overall, the condo is in a good location, and the beach access is nice. The staff do a great job of cleaning the building and the pool. We stayed in 3C, and it would be nice for a family of four. I would recommend that people upgrade their mattresses, as they were not very comfortable.

Family Vacation

First off the views of our condo were great and a short walk to the beach. Probably the shortest we’re had thus far. As for the building it could use some updating especially for the price we paid. The condo it’s self was clean but it’s due for an update as well. Overall we had a very good visit.
