Welcome to Seaside Beach and Racquet Club 4311, this 1BR/1BA beachfront condo. Listen to the waves rolling in on the balcony of the white sands of Orange Beach. The living space features a sleeper sofa and oversized chair with twin-size sleeper. The well equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a local seafood dish.

The tranquil bedroom features a queen-size bed and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Getting Around:
Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is located 5.1 miles east of Hwy 59, 5.5 miles west of the Florida line and a little over 6 miles from The Wharf. Close to area restaurants and entertainment nearby such as Bubba's Seafood, Adventure Island and Live Bait.

The Neighborhood:
Seaside is close to Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips! Just a little under 6 miles from the world famous Flora-Bama Beach bar.

Guest Access:
*Seaside Beach and Racquet Club does require parking passes. Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in. Parking passes can only be purchased from guard (credit card only) and they are $50/parking pass with a limit of 1 vehicle. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.

SPRING/SUMMER HOURS: Pools, fitness room & tennis courts will be open 8am to 10pm. Security guard will be on duty 8am to 4am.

No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

Room needs to be updated. Couch needs to be replaced. Bed slept well but was squeaky. Felt like it was a little over priced.

Smelled of mold pretty bad. Mold on the ceiling next to the air vent in the bed room. TVs were tiny, normally wouldn’t complain about that but when it’s a torrential downpour for a full day of stay and you’re trapped inside, it would be nice to watch something bigger than a cereal box. The rest was nice, good location, very short walk to restaurants and mini golf.

Well maintained. My condo was clean & well supplied. I had a couple of small concerns that I deemed not urgent, come when convenient and vacation home collection looked after them very quickly. I’d book with them again
