About this space
The Conklin house is a beautiful little slice of heaven. It has a 1940 character of its own that screams “let’s have fun together!” While through recent renovations has been brought up to 2021’s standards of “Cute and Fancy”.
It’s on an excellent street very close to downtown, I5, coffee, breweries, ice cream shops... all the necessities. It’s on a very large lot in a safe area. It’s a Very clean and comfortable house ready to host you on your next adventure.
The space
The living, kitchen, and dining room are all very open with ceilings that vault up to 12’. The bedrooms each have there own A/C and heat controls as well as very comfortable beds. The bathroom is very clean and has a beautiful rain style shower. There is a washer and dryer that will be available to you. Outside there is a very large fenced backyard and A nice lit covered porch with outdoor seating.
The landscaping isn’t completed due to weather so the yard is a mix of grass and dirt and can be muddy this time of year.
Guest access
There is a one space carport for covered parking. Two cars can easily fit in the driveway and there is also street parking.
