Completely equipped single-family home with a heated screened-in private pool and fully fenced backyard in highly desirable quiet neighborhood of Gulf Gate Estates, Sarasota, Florida, near the world-famous Siesta Key beach with fine soft white sand and shallow calm waters!
This single-family home is 2.5 miles from the beach, with an additional 1.3 miles to the free Siesta Key public parking. It's a short walk to the library, grocery store, restaurants and other stores. The house and the neighborhood are absolutely beautiful!
The entire property including the 2-bedroom 1-Florida room 2-bathroom house with a nice fully equipped kitchen, 2 car garage, 2 car driveway, a large yard and fully fenced in big pool with a beautiful water feature is for the guests to enjoy.
We are a husband-and-wife team (a retired carpenter and a scientist). Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. We live in a separate house nearby (0.4 mile away) and are available during your stay. Feel free to reach out to us anytime.
