Property was decent but not easy to locate after dark(I had to get out with a flashlight to find the obscure house number). The trees and vegetation in the driveway need attention as they have overgrown the driveway and dragged on my trailer and truck entering and exiting the property. It should also be noted that the street access is very tight particularly if you are towing, as we were in town for a boat race and were towing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity on Success! Plenty of space and rooms for everyone to have privacy and room to get ready. We were very close to downtown and Lake Hollingsworth. Beautiful area and home, I’m so glad we were able to book here!

Sanctuary

We were attending events at FSC and were happy at the end of each day to go “home” to our 3 story home. We sat outside., or in the kitchen, or living room plus we each enjoyed our bedrooms! This is our second stay and will return.

Everything was great! There was more than enough room for us and the kitchen had everything we needed for the two nights we cooked in the house. The host was also very responsive with check in and during our stay when we had a question!

Amazing stay!

We were in town for a college graduation and Serenity on Success Avenue was the perfect place for our extended family. Large enough to fit everyone easily, close enough to walk to the college and lots of great restaurants nearby. The kids loved the game table and having their own space on the top floor and the adults loved the comfy family room and walks through the charming neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again when back in Lakeland!

Wonderful Place

Great location and really nice place. We had 7 adults and 1 child and the place accommodated us easily. We had a fun filled weekend catching spring training baseball in Tampa and Lakeland.Will stay here again if opportunity allows.

Great place

We had a great time in this house. Close to things and the surroundings were amazing - beautiful lake and houses! We felt safe walking and loved that we could sleep all of us so comfortably- enjoyed sitting on the deck and visiting - we will be back!

Lakeland Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time in Lakeland and this home was perfect for our needs. We were only a few miles away from my nieces home , making it convenient to spend time together. Overall a really nice place. Centrally located. The house is huge and could easily support more than the 12 person limit. Plenty of dishes and utensils, which is always a concern at these types of rentals. Cookware was sufficient and in good shape. Only a couple minor gripes: Mattresses are extremely firm. There are not nearly enough places to hang towels to dry.

A mix of the old with the new :)

What a beautiful home! Loved all of the hard wood floors, intricate molding and wainscotting! This home had the homey feel of the past with the updates of today. The decorating was just perfect. The house was very clean and all bedrooms were very spacious. The kids had an upstairs play/sleep area, which was perfect for the adults to hang out downstairs. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lots of space, good area

House can accommodate alot of people although the layout is a little quirky. The front of the house is blocked by foliage so hard to spot from the street. The street is busy and an exercise class of joggers woke us up at 6:30am on Saturday morning, other than that, it was a great lication.jjoggers r

Very Nice Home in good area

This home was just right for a reunion place with out of town relatives coming in. The home has a good feel and is well kept. The neighborhood is safe and the kitchen well equipped, appliances in good condition and some looking new. The beds were comfortable and the decor is nice and clean. It is an older home that has a lot of class and we all enjoyed staying there a lot- the reunion turned out great and the home sure facilitated that. The manager kept in good communication and did her job well.

Successful booking

Our group of ten slept comfortably at Serenity on Success, with room for one or two others if we had needed. The big table, living room, porches and open spaces were great to gather, while doors separating the upstairs bedrooms kept everyone sleeping peacefully once ready to tuck in for the night. It was a rare cold front during our stay, and we had some trouble with the heating unit, however the team was very responsive and sent someone out immediately to fix it, making it no worries to us.They had many towels, comfy beds, and plenty of dishes in the kitchen.Our group comes to Lakeland every year for a meeting, and a few people have already noted we should bookmark this spot to come again!
