Dirty towels left behind the master bathroom door. Tried to wash dirty towels the dryer would not dry after three cycles… then cut off . We had an important event and needed the washer and dryer. Needs more attention to cleaning Loved taking my daughter’s pet. It was perfect.

Great condo with amazing view. Clean, well stocked and located within walking distance to restaurants, pier, shops, etc. no elevator but was not an issue for our group. Would definitely book again

Beautiful ocean view is the only positive outcome of the stay. The condo had a musty smell that overwhelms the condo. Had to purchase air freshener. The kitchen was stocked recently. However the bathrooms only had one set of towels per guest. Thankfully there is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Beautiful view and convenient location

The condo itself is in an excellent location, parking available and right off the beach! It was a chilly during our stay, so having that view was pretty special! Lovely condo, however does need a little updating love to some furniture and kitchen counter/cabinets. Everything essential you would need is available in the kitchen. I would suggest bringing your own spices and coffee if you plan on cooking in. All and all, an excellent stay! We appreciated the time together and the walks on the beach!

Wonderful Property

The condo was wonderful, comfortable, beautiful views, quiet, etc. The personnel at the rental agency were great. The only problem that we experienced was the lack of security when submitting required documents such as driver's license and personal photo. I was asked to text or email the documents. No secure portal available. The representative from the rental agency understood the privacy concerns and I submitted with some info redacted but still showing the needed information however the manager would not accept which was very concerning. I would love to rent the condo on return trips but will not if the same rental agency is used.

Not worth the price to stay

Great location and view of beach! But that is the only perk for what you pay for. Very basic, very old cooking pots/pans/utensils…knives are terrible! Zero cooking spices, not even salt and pepper. Toilets ran constantly. Zero response from property management over the 4 days we were there. Also it is a 4th floor condo with no elevator, steps only and that is not on the listing. Minimum toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies.

“WARNING “ Absolutely Do NOT Stay at this property!!!! There isn’t enough space in this box to describe in detail how absolutely filthy & disgusting this condo was! After numerous non answered texts to management company we checked out! Only + is we’re getting reimbursed but had to pay full price for 2 out of 5 nights! Should have been free for the filth we had to endure! VRBO needs to improve on their rental evaluations! Plus I was going to the Mayo Clinic for treatments and had to return to this stressful situation!

Nice Property, Poor Management Company

The condo itself was nice with a great view. The management company not so much. The "Welcome" info on the guest portal was lacking. It listed two different addresses for the unit. While it said parking was under the building, it didn't give you a spot number. Leaving information asked you to dispose of trash, but there was no trash cans or dumpster on the property and no mention of where to dispose of it. I tried to contact the company through VRBO about these questions but they do not communicate with each other. I tried to let them know about these issues privately so they could improve their guest information and the company could have cared less and obviously had not read my email. I requested to have an email to talk with the manager of the management company or the condo owner to relate this information privately, but I never heard back. These are all quick fixes.Hence putting it in a review. While these weren't huge issues and we solved them, what if it had been a huge issue? I have used VRBO for almost 15 years and have never had such poor customer relations.inforasked you to

Lovely view, but condo needs updating

After you walk up 3 flights of stairs and get into the condo, the view is amazing. You have to look past the poorly painted kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, & the smaller bedroom though. The murals in the kitchen & living room are very nice & add to that beachy feeling. The living room furnishings are comfortable and they look nice. The condo is dated & just needs some sprucing up. The closet doors in the smaller bedroom are busted out & are broken. There is even ripped drywall under the window in the smaller bedroom. They also need to add more silverware & clean out the drawers. The location is great and it’s just a short walk to the beach. If they painted and did the repairs needed, I’m sure they could ask for & get more money because of the view & location. We did reach out to the rental agency via email because I could not find a phone number for them because the key pad was dying. My husband was able to replace the batteries and we were never locked out, but we did have to leave it in locked several times when we went to the beach. I never heard from the rental agency the entire trip, even after reaching out to them. There should be a phone number to call in case of emergencies. I wish they would have mentioned in the listing that there was no elevator. All in all, I would rent this place again because of the location, living room furnishings, the view, a nice patio, and the master bed was comfortable.

Not a great stay

We booked this stay for a weekend family getaway. After a long day of travel and a stop at the grocery store, we arrived at the unit. We were not made aware that this unit is a 4 story walk up. If that was shared in the description, we may have made a different choice on where to stay. Eitherway, we encountered several issues during our stay. 1. the door code did not work. It took 30 minutes before we were able to get in. The information in the welcome email was wrong 2. the wifi information was wrong in the welcome email 3. we could not access the apps on the tv without a code. The property manager did not have and could not obtain. (it would have been nice to have as it rained all weekend and we could not watch tv.) 4. The refrigerator did not cool 5. The toaster did not toast 6. There was mold in the window sills of the unit 7. Mold in the washer Overall, there were several cleaning issues and maintenance items that needed attention. Eventhough the maintenance responded with a mini fridge and a toaster and cleaned the windows from the mold, this unit is not a place that we would choose again. We have several pictures to share, but not able to attach them to this review. Essentially, the only positive thing that I can say about this unit is that it has a great view of the beach. If that is all you care about, then this may be the place for you. It wasn't for us, which was disappointing.

The view was spectacular from the main living area. The location and variety of nearby places to go was nice. Both of us couples feel like the uncomfortable mattresses need to be replaced because they’re old. It didn’t bother us that there wasn’t an elevator, so for some people walking up and down stairs to the fourth floor may be problematic. The four of us think we would like to stay here again next year when we attend The Players Championship.
