Escape to the Morning Glory Cottage for a relaxing, refreshing, and inspiring getaway. The clean mountain air, stunning scenery, and peace and quiet will help you forget about your troubles and reconnect with nature. Relax on the porch with a cup of coffee, take a hike in the woods, or go fishing in a nearby stream. It’s the perfect place for families to create lasting memories.

The home is easy to access and has plenty of parking. There are three levels, each with a view. Enter the lower level where you have secure storage for bikes and gear, a laundry room and a den with a view. Go up the steps to the main level where you will find the kitchen, living area, master bedroom and bathroom, dining, laundry and the living room with its gas fireplace and long range mountain views. Step outside and enjoy the view from the wraparound deck with its outdoor seating, gas grill and wood burning fire pit. Upstairs on the top level are a guest bedroom with a small deck and views, a bunk room and bathroom.

Check out the large yard with its delightful walking paths and native flowering plants. This peaceful natural setting is great for kids to play and explore, and can be a good place to relax and enjoy some peaceful solitude.
From here you are only minutes away from Brevard and all its shopping, dining, the Brevard Music Center, breweries and seasonal festivals. Come join us for the White Squirrel Festival in early June, 4th of July celebrations, the Mountain Song Festival every September, and lots of fun activities on Halloween (Brevard is in Transylvania County, after all). We are only minutes away from Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest where you can experience hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking and enjoy some of the hundreds of waterfalls, rivers and creeks that grace our area. Asheville and Hendersonville are both about 45 minutes away, and both feature lots of attractions if you want to take a day trip or two.
