Built in 1950’s renovated in 2023, this charming space is located at the north end of Corrales. Master bedroom has king bed/private bath with shower. Second bedroom is queen bed with bathroom next to it with shower. Sofa sleeper is a queen. Orange couch folds to twin sleeper. Dining table seats six. Counter seats three. Plates etc are service for 12. Two 70” TVs in living room and den. House sits on 2.5 acres of land. Minutes to Corrales wineries, restaurants and galleries. 30 mins to airport.

Two separate living room areas with 70” TVs in each. 2.5 acres of land. Lots of counter space in kitchen. Two bedrooms (one king one queen), one queen sofa sleeper and one twin couch sleeper.

Main house is the white house on the property. The brown house is vacant and non-accessible. 2.5 acres is the entire property.

Beautifully decorated interior. Very well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent location for attending Balloon Fiesta or watching balloons from the front porch.
