Welcome to the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC! These lofts are privately tucked upstairs in the historic Shrier building with so much within walking distance:

To get to this space, you will walk up one flight of stairs and at the landing you will find two doors, one to each unit. This listing is to book them both at the same time so that you can have your entire family and friends in one space.

We were in town for a girls trip and the house had everything we needed and is an excellent location for exploring Wilmington. We used the parking garage behind the building and just left the cars there as everything was easily walkable. The building is an older building and the apartments have a lot of character. They are also well appointed with essentials and fun extras. We loved the vinyl and the record player!The host communicated well and made everything very easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful! Comfortable! Clean! Well stocked! Perfect location! We were 7 women celebrating a milestone birthday and we could not have found a more perfect property! We rented both units. Large, uncluttered rooms. Comfortable beds. Comfortable seating. Kitchens had everything you could possibly need, along with more styles of coffee makers you could imagine. Large tables so that everyone could sit at the same table for meals and game playing. The sauna was an extra treat for some of us. Safe and easy place to go for long walks or shop if you prefer. We ate all our meals in, but could have easily walked to one of the many downtown restaurants. Our host was quick to reply to any of our various questions. We all agreed this was the best VRBO any of us have ever rented.

Awesome location if you are looking for something convenient to downtown. Rooms were perfect with that old Wilmington charm. Host was very responsive and made our stay very relaxing. Emanuela made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely put this on our “A” list of places to stay.
