The location is good! The house is older and needing a few minor repairs—but very clean and well kept. The hosts were very responsive and dealt with a booking glitch in a very positive and expedited manner. Super responsive to questions or requests!! Our only suggestion that would make it more comfortable for a 2 bedroom rental would be more comfortable seating for at least 4 people in the living room versus the 2 recliners that are there.

We stayed here because it was inbetween Jekyll Cumberland, and Amelia Island. The neighbors can be a bit scary, but foe the price it is a minor inconvenience.

Holiday weekend 2024

Overall, the accommodations were good. There was an issue with the check-in process but was resolved right away. For the 4th of July weekend, the neighbors were quiet with some fireworks but nothing late and obnoxious.

Beautiful house

Beautiful little house that just needs some attention! It's comfortable and in a great location, but one shower and the garbage disposal weren't working. The backyard was a little unkempt and there were some holes in the fence. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

Bad timing

The house is aged. The pictures were not the same as the house. It smelt like mold. The ceiling was coming loose. It just needed a little TLC. The house was terrible. The communication was awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean. As the unit was a two bedroom, we found it very comfortable. There is a need for maybe a love seat in living as there was only two recliners in the living, there were four of us. The unit is old but has been up dated and very clean. Beds were comfortable.
