The grounds are one of a kind, and very private and have the feel of a big secret garden with bougainvillea, angel trumpets, orchids galore and even a 50’ Kapow tree!
There are no traffic noises or airplane flight patters to break the vibe, yet you are less that 15 minutes from PBI, Brightline, Palm Beach Island and everything the Palm Beaches has to offer.
The grand entrance reveals a California contemporary open floor plan with $million views of the Intracoastal waterway (ICW), just past your saltwater pool and hot tub. Take a sea kayak and explore, or just grab a fishing rod and check the crab traps. Keep your eyes open for manatee, sea turtles, dolphins and even sharks, indigenous in this “backyard.”
Four bedrooms (two en-suite), and three with full waterfront views provide fabulous sanctuary when your day activities are done.
