The property was bright, clean and well appointed for our needs. It’s location across the street from the public beach and at the top of Worth Ave gave us much of what we wanted by simply walking. Staff handled airline and some other issues with empathy and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Property was very loud. People coming in and out all hours with doors slamming. There may also be a mold or mildew issue throughout the first floor. We had a hard time getting the smell out of our clothing.

Great location

Up to date and very clean. The space has everything you need. We would have liked if there were beach chairs and an umbrella since property is less than half a block from the beach. We should have just purchased. Very convenient location and walkable to anywhere you may want to go. Very easy to communicate with host.
