OCEAN FRONT Condo in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. Native Agave and blooming cacti covered dunes provide you with privacy as well as a path from your unit to the beach. The unit has been updated with a fresh, modern, and cozy vibe. It is situated on the first floor with only one flight of stairs. As soon as you step inside you will immediately notice the stunning view! The balcony is just steps away from the kitchen, so relax and enjoy your favorite beverage to the sound of ocean waves.

Sea Cabin is located at the quiet end of the Grand Strand, an absolutely perfect couple's getaway. Just a short walk north along the sandy beach you will find yourself at Cherry Grove Point, North Myrtle Beach’s best kept secret. You are just a short drive to a wonderful array of restaurants North Myrtle Beach has to offer. Shopping and a wide range of indoor/outdoor activities are all nearby.

Meticulously landscaped, the outdoor pool has all the features you would expect. Outdoor shower, restrooms and plenty of deck chairs are yours to enjoy. As our guests, you are allowed to park up to two vehicles. Credit card washers and dryers are available. There is on-site security and the entire area is well lit for nighttime walks. There is a camera that monitors the exterior of the unit entrance door. There are also exterior cameras monitoring the parking areas.

For indoor entertainment there is a 55-inch TV with cable. Wi-Fi is also provided. The dining space is open and airy. The kitchen has newer appliances and is well stocked to prepare your meals.

The master bedroom is comfortable with a queen size bed and cable TV. You will also have private access to your bathroom.

Great location. First floor so only a few steps. Laundry room across the hall. The place was very clean. Had all we needed. Perfect view of the beach. Bed was comfortable. Had beach towels included. Owner was great! Would stay there again

Unfortunately I do not have a positive review. The space has potential. There was minimal bedding. Only enough to cover two guests. Advertised as sleeping 6 but the pullout couch was broken. The advertised bunk beds are camper size, I was uncomfortable placing my son on them. Therefore we opted to try the pullout which was broken. Messaged owners and management. They did try to fix it but the frame was broken. The pier in the pictures is shut down. There was a friendly dead cockroach in the middle of the floor on morning of checkout

FAKE REVIEW!!! This guest stated he and his 8-year-old son wanted to stay at our Condo. He requested that his son sleep on a bunk bed. Our cleaning staff put out bedding for the bunk but, even though the bunks are dormitory sized, he complained shortly after check-in that the bunk was not wide enough for his son. He then tried the sofa sleeper and either broke it or our cleaning staff missed that it was broken by a previous guest. We sent our repair person in the next day (Sunday) and the sleeper was repaired. Both our repair person and our cleaning staff saw additional people in our Condo during this guest's stay, so obviously he was deceitful about how many people were staying, thus his complaint about the bedding. The property description clearly states the pier has been closed for several years for structural repairs due to hurricane damage. As far as the cockroach, it is a scientific fact that cockroaches thrive in warm humid climates such as ocean environments. This is why the HOA sprays for pests monthly, and they happened to do so during this guest's stay. This guest also violated house rules by leaving trash behind. We believe that this FAKE REVIEW was written by this guest as retaliation for our filing a claim for damage this guest caused to our entrance door during his stay. We encourage you to read all the reviews from other honest guests and decide for yourself. You may also wish to check the reviews of our Condo on competitor vacation rental sites.

We stayed to fish and visit the beach. On the listing the place looked neat and clean. The listing was not accurate there was no wifi and the listing said there was. The photos made the bathroom look accommodating but it was so small you could not even get dressed in there. Thee was no stove, no netflix or apps on TV just antenna channels, barely anything in the cabinets to use, no trashbags, two rolls of toilet paper with barely any on it we had to buy more, no papertowels, only a few bathtowels, no coffee maker we had to buy one and coffee mugs and coffee, the pillows on the bunk bed stunk so bad and when i looked in the pillow case the pillow was stained so bad!! The sheets and comforters did not smell clean so we slept on top of the beds and covered with our beach towels. The kitchen outside was a mess and chairs old, weathered! The ground where to parkunder the awning was muddy and unpleasant. When asked to get inside the two workers came and did not look professional. The place was not clean like all the other places I have ever rented on VRBO. This was so disappointing for us. We are not complainers and dealt with what we paid for. I would please ask for the owners to do more work to the place before renting to anyone else. We all get busy but if you advertise things to rent you should be accurate and accommdating so you have repeat customers! Also there were roaches in the living room may want to exterminate.
