Cleanliness of room

The floor in my room was filthy. I called the front desk and they sent a man from housekeeping who swept and cleaned the floor. He kept apologizing for the mess and did an excellent job of sweeping and mopping. The floor obviously had not been cleaned for sometime. The problem was addressed immediately, which I appreciated
