This location, home, accessibility to everything was the BEST decision EVER!! I am a very particular person when it comes to reserving from out of town. This unit was ideal, my family arrived separately, and each party was impressed with our stay! I highly recommend anyone visiting Myrtle Beach to stay here. I'm glad VRBO saves our information on past visits, cause once I return on another trip I would love to revisit this property. The parking was wonderful!

Perfect for us. Two families with four kids ranging from 4-13. Plenty of room for all of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The lazy river and splash pad were a big hit. The pool table in the unit was a hit with the older kids.

Overall a nice place. Close to the beach and airport. Lots of space. Lock code didn’t work at first and had to call office. Wish at least a bar of soap would have been provided.

Perfect for a large family vacation!

This house was perfect for our large family. There is a fun pool table, shared community pool, and many shops near this location. The beach was also only a block away so it wasn’t difficult to miss a beautiful sunrise on the beach. Communication was also quick and easy.

Everything was good. If you're going to have a large party make sure you bring necessity like extra toilet paper. The parking garage is only made for small vehicles and no trailers. But other than that would stay again.

Really good location, clean, lots of space, beds, and washrooms. The only concern was I learned at the end of our trip they don’t wash the top comforter on the beds and we had to strip all the beds down, while paying a premium to have bed sheets and cleaning. The couch smells musty.

Location was good, right across from the ocean. Restaurants and activities all close by. Also - police activity in the area every day.While condo was clean, there were cockroaches present. Mostly dead, so I know they are treating the condo. But, as soon as we opened the front door there were two to welcome us.Couch is not comfortable, very worn. King beds are all actually twin beds pushed together. Found myself falling into the crack. Received a bunch of parking passes but no pool bands.Communication was good. Cleaning Crew arrived about 45 minutes prior to our checkout and started cleaning.

It's a Beach condo. Just across the the street from the beach, walking distance from attractions, dining, and shopping. Let the host know about a few issues at check-in just to make them aware and they were polite and thanked me for letting them know. The cleaning people did come an hour before check-out but they left left the condo and waited for us to get everything out to clean. Seriously, I felt like everything was reasonable. No drama and I no issues.

Happy overall

When we arrived our door code did not work. We called the property manager and waited on hold for a little over 10 minutes. The matter was resolved within a minute of the property manager coming on the line and we had no other trouble the rest of the stay. The overall cleanliness was good, however under the edges of the counters was not clean. I probably never would have noticed if someone had not pointed it out to me. The handle on one of the toilets was broken, but again this was a minor issue. We had plenty of bathroom space and just did not use that toilet while we were there. Each time I texted the property manager during our stay I received a quick helpful reply. My only two complaints concern the security. Our first night there we were out on our balcony enjoying ourselves and security scolded us for being too loud. It was 11pm and I can understand this and we immediately quieted down. However the next night a group in the building across from us were on their balcony enjoying themselves until past midnight and nothing was said to them. It was frustrating that they were not asked to quiet down also. The second incident concerned a parking problem. One of our group had parked a little sideways in the parking space. The spaces are very narrow and there are large columns that make turning difficult. The car was in the space however one tire was on the line. A rather large sticker was placed on her window instructing her that she had until 5pm to fix this issue or her car would be towed. My problem was with the type of sticker that was used. It was a very thin paper type sticker that ripped when she tried to remove it. She had to get rubbing alcohol and acetone to remove the sticker from her window. Again very frustrating. Overall we had a nice time and were pleased with the condo.

Nice but needs a good cleaning!

The listing and size was perfect! Location was great. Problems were: the day we arrived we took our shoes off at the door and went barefoot inside. That was a mistake because our feet were all black because the floor was not clean. We learned to make sure we had shoes on at all times. The shower curtains were too long for the showers and because of this they have mold on the bottom. They need to be trimmed. We turned on the fan in the common area and couldn't believe how much dust came off the blades - made us cough for quite some time. To sum it up, the place needs a really good thorough cleaning. The other issue was not being able to use the pool because of human feces! GROSS! We all had planned on using the pool this week but could not. We had to go buy beach chairs instead. Other than that we loved it! Plenty of room for everyone. There were 10 of us and all comfortably fit.

Good but not great

I loved the layout of the unit and the lazy river with the kids splash zone was great but there are issues that need to be addressed. Although the unit was neat and mostly clean the floors are filthy and need to be thoroughly cleaned and waxed. The kitchen is big but we had to buy additional forks and spoons (we left them there for the next guests) as there were not were not enough for our family of 12. The electrical outlets in the kitchen trip whenever you try to use two small appliances at the same time. (coffee pot and griddle or toaster oven) No soap in the unit and not enough trash bags, toilet paper, or dish washer pods for a weeks stay. The clothes washer works fine but the dryer does not; over 2 hours with clothes in the dryer and still not dry. The balls get stuck repeatedly in the pool table and it took a while to figure out how to get them out. The roof gutter over one of the hot tubs is damaged and the water runs off the roof right into the the hot tubs. The trash/dumpster situation also needs to be addressed as there were 3 separate days during the week where trash was piled up all around the area blocking the driveway. None of these are major issues by themselves but they start to add up when you consider the price we paid for a weeks stay; so there are lots of areas to improve for an overall better experience for your guests.
