Oasis getaway - private community Winni Beach

Private community of homes on the northern shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Just drop your bags at this dream getaway and let the "all season" fun and relaxation begin! The 2500 foot private waterfront/beach area (.6 miles away with private parking) has an amazing family friendly beach with volleyball, playground, charcoal grills, picnic tables and boat launch. Kayaking, boating, skiing, Fall foliage, great hiking, and more.

3 cozy bedrooms each with queen beds. Vaulted ceiling and skylights bring in a lot of natural light. Additional 2nd floor queen bed in the loft, as well as a trundle bed (2 twins, one up and one that sits closer to the floor) in 1st floor *unheated* enclosed porch.

Each bedroom has a window fan and there is a ceiling fan in the main living space above the family room.

Shooting range not close to the house, echos through the community. Not super loud does not bother us. Zero concerns from previous guests. You will hear it so consider before booking
