Have fun with the whole family at this comfortable updated home. Your group has space to spread out, whether in the open living area, cozy media room, or large screened porch. Enjoy the modern kitchen with designer appliances.

The home is perfectly positioned for an enjoyable vacation. Relax at the renowned Vanderbilt beach, with its breathtaking sunsets.(5 min) Explore the popular Mercato for shopping, dining, and nightlife.(4 min) Stock up at Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Walmart (all <5 min). Walk to Patio Cafe for breakfast every morning.

The home is fully remodeled, with three queen beds and one king. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, with seating for 8. The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, microwave, also an air fryer, popcorn maker, Keurig coffee maker. There is a gas grill on the patio.

The home is also stocked with beach chairs and towels, rafts, and sand toys. When you come back from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Charmingly comfortable

House was charmingly decorated and beds, sofas and chairs were comfortable. Everything was very clean, appealing and functional. Host obviously gave a lot of thought to guests’ needs. Thanks for a lovely stay that was not our first time in Naples.

Fabulous Experience

My Mom and I stayed for the month of March. The house was in perfect shape, newly furnished and so comfortable and spacious. We loved the location near the beach and the quiet neighborhood. Our host, Gretchen was very responsive when we had any questions. We highly recommend this property.

Coastal Chic Wedding Week

This was our first time using VRBO and we were so impressed with this property. We stayed a week for my daughter’s wedding in Naples. Everything was exactly as it was pictured online. It was extremely clean, as well comfortable, with an updated modern beach flare. We felt right at home. The owners were great to work with and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely stay at this property again and have already referred a few friends.

Great bungalow in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beach and restaurants

We had a wonderful week relaxing in Naples Park. The lanai overlooking the backyard is a perfect breakfast spot. The temperatures were cool when we were there so we could open the windows and doors to get excellent airflow. It was amazingly quiet, somewhat surprisingly with neighbors close by. The mattresses were very comfortable and the curtains kept the bedroom dark for sleeping late in the morning. Sofas in the TV room and the living room also very comfortable and attractive. Bathroom showers excellent as well. Good appliances in the kitchen. All in all a very functional house that has been thoughtfully renovated and decorated. A pleasure to stay in.
