Welcome to our beautiful ground floor beachfront condo , situated right on Seven Mile Beach! Walk directly out on to the gorgeous Seven Mile Beach!

Our apartment is situated on the first floor and is located in Laguna Del Mar, a small and friendly condo community. A private swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, direct beach access, tennis court, fountain pond and free high speed wifi are available for our guests’ entertainment and enjoyment. 24 hour security is also provided.

Laguna del Mar Unit 3 features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bright living room with a fully equipped spacious, open kitchen, and a large screened in terrace for breath-taking ocean and sunset views.

The living room has a huge sectional with upholstered ottoman to put your feet up and enjoy the wide-screen smart television, and a large dining room table which seats 6 people as well as an island with additional 3 counter height seats。

The master bedroom has large ocean-facing windows, direct terrace access, and a full walk-in closet. The master bathroom is equipped with two large sinks, an open shower and a Jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, private bathroom and shower, and a large closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed. A large bathroom is located in the hall which features a tub.

All bathroom floors and walls are outfitted in premium marble, and all bedrooms and bathrooms have premium linens/towels and their own smart TVs.

The apartment is situated directly on the beach with restaurants and water amenities such as snorkeling reefs and jet ski and paddle board rentals steps away.
