Madame Liberty is a newer house that has been very well loved and maintained, inside and out.

Inside you will enjoy visiting with your guest in the open concept Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen areas. Bedrooms are very spacious and can accommodate at least one couple in each of the rooms. Each room is set up with your comfort in mind. One large family, multiple smaller families, couples, girls getaway, guys fishing trip, etc…

Bedroom #3 – 1 Trundle / 2 Singles (Sleeps 2)

Outside you can enjoy views of the Surfside Bridge, Intra Coastal Waterway and Marshland from both the front and back deck (no beach views). Downstairs you will find a very clean and versatile area with a picnic table, enclosed shower, water hose, BBQ pit and covered parking. Great for hosing off kids and toys or just hanging out while cooking on the pit. With the marsh grasses being steps away from Madame Liberty you can also enjoy great birding and photography opportunities, etc… so be sure to pack your binoculars and camera. The closest area of the beach to Madame Liberty is Pedestrian Beach. This is a small section of beach in Surfside that is for pedestrians only…no vehicles, golf carts, atv's, etc… are allowed on the beach at any time. You can conveniently park along Beach Drive, and within a couple of steps you will be at the water's edge. You can also park at Jetty Park with bathroom facilities, playground equipment and enjoy the great fishing, crabbing, walking the jetty and watching the cargo ships come in and out of the port. If you prefer to park on the beach then you can take the short drive down to Middle Beach or County Beach that allow vehicle traffic on the sand.

This beautiful house is in walking or biking distance to the brand new Geo Bird and Butterfly Nature Trail. The Nature Trail features adult exercise equipment, observation decks, public boat ramps & crabbing / fishing piers, as well as the Splash Pad, a sweet little play park and a kayak launch area with BBQ pits & picnic tables. If you want to get your steps in, take a leisurely walk down the Jetties where dolphins can be seen frolicking in the water. FINALLY, you can't mention this property without mentioning that it is situated near the "Surfside Beach St. Patty's Day Parade" route. And, with all of this being said we can't forget the reason families visit Surfside… THE BEACH! You are a few short blocks away or very short walk, bike ride, golf cart or car ride to the sand, shore and water. Even though the property is not beach front you still have easy access to the beach and you are close enough that you can still see the water, hear the waves, smell the salt air, and feel the breeze.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines.
