My family enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird Hill. It was a great location, and the cabin was just perfect for those days or nights we just wanted to relax and stay put. Super close to great restaurants, Breweries and the Biltmore!
The cabin was perfect for our family. It was nice having a hot tub too. The cabin is near places of interest like the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. I would definitely recommend this property.
Great overall experience! The location was perfect, woods all around yet easy access to local attractions. The cabin was so cozy and we loved having a fireplace. Really appreciated all the pet friendly touches as well. Definitely would recommend!
Cabin is very near major roads, but still offers a good view. Hot tub was clean and hot upon arrival. Cabin was clean, and had plenty of household items for cooking, including an outdoor grill. Very pleased with our stay. We're sad we couldn't be there just one extra day, due to work, so plan on staying several nights.
Well stocked conveniently located and nicely decorated cabin. Seems relatively secluded even with neighbors and nearby main road. A lot of thoughtful amenities. Wish there were a few more comfy seating options but with the space and layout I understand that furniture size and placement has limitations.
We came to Asheville for a little hiking and the house was perfect for our needs. Grateful to find a dog friendly home. Very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. The driveway is a little challenging but manageable.

Excellent, quiet cabin close to downtown but expect a 15 minute drive to downtown. Bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. Provided with ample amount of towels and toiletries. Driveway is a bit steep but manageable.
Nice tidy cabin- very convenient to activity in Asheville. We did see a small bear on the last day- so believe it when they tell you to be careful with the trash!
I stayed here with my mom, sister and my sister's two dogs for a girls' weekend. The cabin was very nice and cozy. Everything was clean and they provided plenty of all the necessities (dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc.). They even provided shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower which was a nice touch. The road leading up to the cabin is very steep so 4WD or AWD is highly recommended but the host provided excellent directions on how to find it from the main road and how to get in the drive-way. No trouble with that at all. It's also a very easy 15-20 minute drive into Asheville. We really enjoyed our time here and I appreciated how responsive the host was to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was great, very clean and a great location. The hot tub was a nice feature and the front porch is also good for sitting outside. There is some road noise when you’re outside. The driveway is paved but very steep.
We enjoyed our stay at this property and we were successfully able to leverage Uber from this location to and from downtown. The location is also close to grocery stores and other vendors. The cabin is near the top of a paved driveway that has a decent grade to it, so it was fun going up and down and we enjoyed the elevated view from the deck. The cabin was well-supplied and clean; we would stay here again.
