Our Story (aka Why We’re Obsessed With This Place):
Twenty years ago, we made the best decision of our lives—moving to Cape Coral. Between the sunshine, salty breezes, and boat-to-the-beach lifestyle, we were hooked. Now we’re opening up our happy place to other adventure-seeking, hammock-loving families who want a taste of Florida magic. Mornings here are for soaking in the hot tub with coffee in hand. Afternoons? Boating to Sanibel or making waves with the kids in the pool. Nights? Lanai lounging, drinks in hand, stars overhead.

Wow! This property was beyond amazing!! Gorgeous outdoor area & pool & hot tub, beautiful & sparkling clean home with everything we needed, safe location close to everything & plenty of room for our party of 7 adults - we are THRILLED with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured! The back porch/lania area was AMAZING! We did spend a majority of our time relaxing out there! We stayed at this wonderful home for 10 days with our 3 adult children, their spouses/significant others, and 2 grandchildren. We had a fabulous time. The house was amazing! We travel often as 3 couples and this house provided an excellent experience. All bedrooms are far enough apart for privacy, have their own tv and bathroom, perfect! The very large heated pool and large heated hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. This house has a huge lanai compete with comfortable furniture and tv. Everything inside the house is updated and extremely clean. The house is exactly as the pictures show and is well stocked.

Great house for a small group

Check in was easy they let us arrive early which was very nice. Everything was updated and clean and plenty of room for the five of us. We only had one issue with the door alarms when it came off the door at 4am and started going off. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and finally figured out the heater in the spa cause the breaker had tripped. All around awesome stay and would stay again..

This is by far the nicest vacation home we have ever rented. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and appears to be recently renovated inside and out. It was a perfect fit for our families. The outside living space is well thought out. We found it so relaxing. The dock is great and accommodated our waverunners. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed as was the entire house. Such a wonderful vacation!

The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The star of this house for my family of 7 (5 kids and 2 parents) was the outside area where we enjoyed the pool, dining table, bar, and lounge area all evenings of our trip. I had a couple of questions for the host who responded instantly. A bonus on this listing are the beach and pool supplies collected in deck boxes (as of our trip, the beach supplies include a collapsible wagon, 7 chairs, 2 umbrellas, an umbrella stake, and a cooler).

This property has it all. There was nothing missing here. Everything you need to enjoy a quiet relaxing time with family. My family of 8 adults enjoyed this spacious house for a week. We were able to space out yet come together when we wanted to. The pool area was complete luxury and where we spent a majority of our time. The beds slept very good too! No one in the group had any complaints. Completely updated home and gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet too. Mr. Rossey was prompt with all questions and very nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend this place! We didn't want to leave.
